DESCRIPTION:Providing care to loved ones experiencing mental health challenges can be overwhelming. Come join a safe and confidential space with others on a caregiving journey to share experiences\, discuss concerns\, and be supported by others confronted with similar situations. Gatherings occur monthly\, generally on the first Monday (except when that day is a statutory holiday\, when it skips to the next week) at 7 pm in-person and via Zoom.
