Fit for Service is a drop-in exercise session, held in the Great Hall. Monday classes begin at 9.30am and feature cardio and weights, Cost is four dollars ($4.00) per session. Bring your own exercise mat. Join us for coffee and fellowship in the Family Room after the session.
