Burlington Mindfulness Meeting
Mindfulness practice is an effective way of coping with stress, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, pain, and helps to cultivate more calm and inner peace. Our drop-in group meets twice a month to talk about and practice mindfulness, meditation, and related topics. Everyone is welcome to attend and pre-registration is not required.

Fit for Service is a drop-in exercise session, held in the Great Hall. Wednesday classes begin at 9.30am and feature cardio and weights, Cost is four dollars ($4.00) per session. Bring your own exercise mat. Join us for coffee and fellowship in the Family Room after the session.
Watercolour Wednesday
Join acclaimed artist Cheryl Goldring for an afternoon of watercolour painting. Experienced painters as well as those who have never painted before are most welcome. Cost is $35 and all materials will be provided. Please register at staff@stcb.ca.

Thursday Morning Bible Study
Join us on Thursday mornings for an informal Bible Study at 10:30 am. You are also welcome to join us for an in-person Eucharist service which follows at 11:30 am.
Open Doors Community Lunch
We offer an in-person lunch geared toward seniors at noon on Thursdays. This program is offered free of charge, though a pay-as-you-are-able donation is always appreciated. All are welcome!
Open Doors Clothing Store – Thursday
Our clothing store offers seasonally-appropriate clothing and shoes free of charge on Tuesdays from 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm and on Thursdays from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm.
