  • Open Doors Community Lunch

    Recurring

    We offer an in-person lunch geared toward seniors at noon on Thursdays.  This program is offered free of charge, though a pay-as-you-are-able donation is always appreciated. All are welcome!  

  • Welcome Back Sunday

    Find our what's happening at St. Christopher's and chat with folks who are involved in all of the various ministries. There's a lot going on and you might find new ways to get involved! Visit the displays in the Great Hall between the services.

  • Jr Youth Confirmation Class

    Youth aged 13 and under are preparing for confirmation at the Diocesan service on October 16th at Christ's Church Cathedral. Classes run for five weeks leading up to the date for Confirmation. Attendance is expected if you wish to be confirmed. Please contact Sarah Layman to register.

  • Finding Hope in Times of Loss

    Join us as we look back together on the losses we experienced through Covid, and also prior to Covid. This service will be a time to express our lament, to draw strength from one another, and to invite God's healing as we move forward together. All are welcome.

  • Celebration Sunday

      Join us as we celebrate the Induction of our Rector, The Reverend Canon Dr. Penny Anderson as well as the 70th Anniversary of the Parish.

  • Harvest Fest

    Join us for good food, friendship, a silent auction and more! Tickets can be purchased, beginning September 11th, on Sunday mornings before and after the 9:30 am service, during office hours, or online at opendoorscommunity.ca for $40/pp. Proceeds go to support our Open Doors programs.

  • Holy Hike

    Bake by popular demand, youth aged 10 and up are invited for a morning hike. Meet at the church!

  • Book Club

    The Virtual Book Club will meet via Zoom in October to discuss the book "Likeness: Fathers, Sons, a Portrait" by David Macfarlane. Please email us at staff@stcb.ca if you would like to receive the Zoom meeting link. We are happy to have you join the conversation!

  • Open Doors Community Dinner

    Each Tuesday we offer a delicious community meal, featuring fresh ingredients from our garden and from our food partners. Everyone is welcome. No pre-registration is required. Hospitality hour: 5:00 – 5:45PM In-person dinner: 6:00 PM

  • Soup-er Saturday

    Stock up your fridge and freezer for the chilly weather at our drive-thru soup sale. Prices range from $5-$15 for a variety of homemade soups. All proceeds go to our Open Doors programs.
