Fit for Service is a drop-in exercise session, held in the Great Hall. Wednesday classes begin at 9.30am and feature cardio and weights, Cost is four dollars ($4.00) per session. Bring your own exercise mat. Join us for coffee and fellowship in the Family Room after the session.

Join us on Thursday mornings for an informal Bible Study at 10:30 am. You are also welcome to join us for an in-person Eucharist service which follows at 11:30 am.

We offer an in-person lunch geared toward seniors at noon on Thursdays.  This program is offered free of charge, though a pay-as-you-are-able donation is always appreciated. All are welcome!  

Our clothing store offers seasonally-appropriate clothing and shoes free of charge on Tuesdays from 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm and on Thursdays from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm. Kids Club is our Junior Youth Group, designed to engage kids ages 8-11 in faith formation, friendship and team building. We will be meeting on the 3rd Sunday of each month from 6:00-7:30 pm for faith and fun. For more information, please contact Carrie at carrie@stcb.ca.
