    Mindfulness practice is an effective way of coping with stress, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, pain, and helps to cultivate more calm and inner peace. Our drop-in group meets twice a month to talk about and practice mindfulness, meditation, and related topics. Everyone is welcome to attend and pre-registration is not required.
