Fit for Service – Wednesday
Fit for Service is a drop-in exercise session, held in the Great Hall. Wednesday classes begin at 9.30am and feature cardio and weights, Cost is four dollars ($4.00) per session. Bring your own exercise mat. Join us for coffee and fellowship in the Family Room after the session.

Burlington Mindfulness Meeting
Mindfulness practice is an effective way of coping with stress, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, pain, and helps to cultivate more calm and inner peace. Our drop-in group meets twice a month to talk about and practice mindfulness, meditation, and related topics. Everyone is welcome to attend and pre-registration is not required.
